First, the user fills out a form. and Easy Form Builder gives the user and admin a unique Confirmation Code.
Note: To enable the tracking code to appear to the user when creating a form, make sure to activate the tracking code activation icon in the form settings section.

Admin Accesses the User Response
To access the user response, the site admin needs to log in to the Easy Form Builder panel page and locate the search field in the header. Here, the admin can enter the Confirmation Code provided by the user.
Upon entering the code, the admin will be able to view the message and access the content of the filled form by clicking on the letter icon. The admin can then
respond to the user’s answer in the form of text or upload a file.
